Der PS-Klassiker Final Fantasy VIII wurde heute wie bereits angekündigt im PlayStation Store veröffentlicht. Das Rollenspiel kostet wie der Vorgänger Final Fantasy VII 9,99€ und lässt sich natürlich sowohl auf der PlayStation 3 als auch auf der PlayStation Portable abspielen. Es folgen ein paar Nostalgie-Anreize und die offizielle Pressemitteilung von Square Enix Europe Ltd.
